Terms of Use

The agreement for using Hearth Wellbeing Hub, published on 23 October 2026.

Who you are agreeing with

These terms are an agreement between you and Hearth Wellbeing Hub ("Hearth", "we", "us"), the operator of the wellbeing tools and guides published at hearthwellbeinghub.com. By creating an account or continuing to use the service, you accept these terms.

If you use Hearth on behalf of a family, you confirm you are the parent or guardian of any child you set the service up with, and that you have authority to agree to these terms for your household.

What Hearth provides

Hearth offers non-clinical wellbeing support: feelings check-ins, guides, printable activities, family circle tools, sleep sounds and gentle AI suggestions. It is self-help support, not medical care, counselling or a diagnosis, and it is not a replacement for professional advice. Nothing in the service monitors anyone or responds to emergencies.

Using Hearth fairly

Please do not misuse the service. That means not using it for anything unlawful, not committing fraud or sending spam, not infringing other people's intellectual property, and not interfering with its security — for example by introducing malware, probing for weaknesses, or scraping content in bulk.

Keep your sign-in details private. You are responsible for anything done through your account, so tell us promptly if you think someone else has used it.

Please give accurate information when you create an account, and keep your display name appropriate for a family service.

Our intellectual property

Hearth owns the service, including the software, guides, illustrations, printable designs and branding. We give you a limited, personal, non-exclusive right to use the service within your chosen plan for your own family's wellbeing. You may print our activity sheets for personal or family use, but you may not resell, redistribute or republish them, reverse engineer the service, or use it to build a competing product.

Anything you type or share in the service stays yours. You give us only the limited permission needed to store and display it so the service works for you.

Payments and subscriptions

Paid plans are billed through our payment provider. Your order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing frequency, taxes, cancellation and refund mechanics are covered by Paddle's Buyer Terms at paddle.com/legal/checkout-buyer-terms.

Purchased plans cover your whole family circle for the period you paid for. If you cancel, you keep access until the end of that period. Plan changes take effect at your next renewal. We may change plan prices at renewal with reasonable notice.

AI suggestions

The optional AI suggestion feature produces short, general self-help ideas. It is not professional advice, and its output may be inaccurate or unhelpful for your situation. You are responsible for how you use suggestions, for checking they suit your family, and for having the right to use anything you type into the tool.

Do not use the AI feature to create illegal content, content that attacks or demeans people, sexual content involving minors, malware, or attempts to bypass the tool's safeguards. We may filter or refuse outputs, remove content and suspend accounts that breach these rules. If you believe content infringes your rights, contact us and we will review and, where appropriate, remove it; repeated infringement can lead to loss of access.

If anything suggests immediate danger, self-harm or abuse, the AI feature will point you to emergency and crisis support instead of an exercise — and you should contact those services directly.

Service availability

We work hard to keep Hearth available and working well, but we do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available on any particular device. Features may change and improve over time.

Suspension and ending access

We may suspend or end access to the service if you materially breach these terms, do not pay amounts due, create a security or fraud risk, or seriously or repeatedly breach our policies. Where practical we will tell you first. If your access ends, your account data is handled as described in our privacy notice, and you can download your stored data beforehand.

You can stop using Hearth at any time by deleting your account from the sign-in page.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss such as lost profits, lost data or lost goodwill. Our total liability to you is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or £50 if you use only the free plan. Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence where the law does not allow that.

Changes, law and disputes

We may update these terms as the service grows; the current version is always published on this page. If a change reduces your rights, we will give reasonable notice before it takes effect.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction over any dispute. If we sell or reorganise the service, we may transfer this agreement to the new owner; you may not transfer your account to someone else without our consent.
